NATHAN P. BETTENHAUSEN has been a member of the California State Bar since 2010, and he is a Shareholder in the Firm's Orange County office. Mr. Bettenhausen received his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and received the "Departmental Highest Honors” for his English Honors Thesis. In 2007, he entered Loyola Law School on an Academic Scholarship and graduated in 2010 with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Mr. Bettenhausen is active in the Orange County Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI), serving on the Publications Committee from 2014 – 2017. He is an affiliate member of California Association of Community Managers (CACM), and past member of CACM's Legal Steering Committee. Prior to joining Fiore, Racobs & Powers, Mr. Bettenhausen practiced business, employment and real estate litigation at a midsize law firm in Costa Mesa, and his clients included international manufacturers, large and small businesses, residential and commercial property owners, and private individuals. He also received the 2011 & 2012 Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California Board of Governors.
